Delete your 1fifty account

You can permanently delete your 1fifty account and all associated data directly from the app.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the 1fifty app
  2. Go to the Profile tab
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account
  4. Type DELETE to confirm
  5. Confirm the final prompt

App Store and Google Play subscriptions

App Store and Google Play subscriptions are billed by Apple and Google, not by 1fifty, so deleting your account does not cancel them. When you delete your account in the app, we now show a heads-up if you have an active subscription and link you to your store’s subscription settings — cancel it there to stop future charges.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile information (name, email, avatar)
  • All contacts and their associated images
  • All companies and their associated logos
  • All events
  • All tasks
  • All scanned business cards (pending and historical)
  • All uploaded files and images
  • Your app preferences and settings
  • Your subscription data
  • All usage records

What is retained

When your account is deleted, all of the categories listed above are permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers, including database records, stored files, and cached data.

A small number of records are preserved as required by law or for our own legal protection:

  • Accounting and billing records. Belgian accounting and tax law requires us to retain accounting records, supporting documents, and invoices for legally required periods. Belgian accounting law generally requires books and supporting documents to be kept for at least seven (7) years; Belgian tax and VAT rules may require tax-relevant accounting records, invoices, books, and VAT documents to be kept for ten (10) years, with longer periods applying to certain immovable-property VAT records. When you delete your account, the link between these billing rows and your user identifier is severed (set to NULL) so the records can no longer be associated with your identity through our systems, but the underlying accounting entries are preserved as required by law.
  • Aggregated and de-identified information that no longer identifies you (for example, aggregate usage statistics).
  • Audit-log entries for security purposes, automatically purged within 90 days of generation.

Don’t have access to the app?

If you can no longer access the 1fifty app, you can request account deletion by emailing support@1fifty.ai from the email address registered to your account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.
